Polybutylene Terephthalate Injection Molding
PBT or polybutylene terephthalate is an opaque or translucent thermoplastic. This material is ideal for injection molding since it has good fluidity and low viscosity. Aside from that, they solidify or cool quickly. Therefore, they don’t take a long time to mold.
At NDDMold, we offer injection molding for your PBT products. We can mold any design, shape, or size. Our team is capable of producing any simple or even complex PBT product design through injection molding. Custom molds are also available to suit your special project needs.

At NDDMold, we can use different grades of PBT material to produce injection-molded PBT products. We have high-gloss and unfilled grades of PBT. PBT filled with glass fibers or minerals is also available. You can select how many percent of glass fillers will be added.
A blend of PBT material and polycarbonate is also suitable for injection molding. This grade has 5VA and UL V0 rating which means that they are flame-retardant. There are also other PBT grades with UL approvals. These PBT grades are flame-retardant.
We can also produce injection-molded PBT products based on your required material composition.
