Various Printing Methods
To decorate molded plastic products, we offer a variety of printing options. We can custom-print your artwork, designs, or labels using many different processes such as:
Hot Stamping
This technique works by applying a fancy polyester foil on the product through a hot die. The foil comes in various finishes and colors such as PMS colors, gold, silver, matte, glossy, brushed chrome, and many more.
Pad Printing
This process is commonly utilized for presenting warning descriptions, instructions, or a business logo. Pad printing process is ideal for products with 3D surfaces.
Digital Printing
The digital printing process uses UV-LED cured ink for printing. It can print high-quality CMYK images on the surface of molded plastic products. This process can also apply a clear coating if you want high gloss and abrasion-resistant images.
Thermal Transfer
If you want your images or logos to be multi-colored, thermal transfer is an excellent choice. It can screen-print 1 or multiple colors. This process uses a heat-activated adhesive, heat-activated adhesive, and transparent film to print the image on the product.
Dot Peen Marking Process
Dot peen marking is commonly used for printing date codes, lot, product serialization, and more. It can provide a permanent marking. This process is suitable for products with three-dimensional or curved surfaces.
