Due to its excellent characteristics and ease to customize it becomes highly needed in a wide range of applications, especially for food packaging such as coffee cups, yogurt cups, and disposable trays. Aside from that it is also perfect to use for toys, computer houses, televisions, bicycle components, automotive instrument panels, gas tanks, closures, caps, refrigerator interiors, canisters, storage boxes, and more.
Heating: This is the process wherein the HIPS or high-impact polystyrene is heated in order to make a liquid form.
Added Two-sided Mold. This is the next process to create the desired shapes of HIPS.
Cooling. After all that process above wait for any few minutes to cold the hips and once it is cold then dropped it in Ben after that move to post-processing for the finishing process.
Finishing Process. In this part, the finished products may be painted, labeled, coated, and more.
